Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is the region’s largest provider of orthopaedic care and services with more 520,000 patient visits annually at 12 East Tennessee locations. The group of more than 150 experts and 900 team members aligned in 2025 under the Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic name.

Divisions including KOC, OrthoTennessee and University Orthopaedic Surgeons joined as one organization in 1998 but are now operating as one team with one name and one purpose: improving lives through patient-centered care, every patient, every time.

As a network of convenient and accessible clinics that provides exceptional orthopaedic care across the region, KOC comprises 10 office locations, two ambulatory surgery centers and additional services including urgent care, MRI, orthotics and bracing, physical therapy and sports medicine outreach.
