Dr. Russell Betcher began his practice with Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic in 1998 after completing his fellowship in sports medicine with KOC the previous year. Dr. Betcher specializes in sports medicine, focusing on arthroscopy of the shoulder, knee, hip and elbow.
