  • Thanks to my knee replacement with Dr. Becker, I can now walk and play with my grandchildren and work again! 14 weeks after surgery and I feel great! Knee is a little stiff and still hurts at times, but it's so much better than before!!
    – Tresha, Cosby
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can live again! I am so happy with both knees. Dr. Becker is one of the best. He has a great personality, bed side manner, and is a super great doctor. I can do anything that I want and need to do. I have my life back. Thank you so much for all you do for everyone!
    – Carmen, White Pine
  • It was my daughter's junior year in high school. She was the post player on her varsity basketball team. As she and other players were going up for a rebound, she got pulled down by another player and fell on the ground. After seeing her limp off the court, I knew we needed to get her knee looked at. We went to the +4 KOC injury clinic and the PA that we saw thought it was a torn ACL. Soon after, the MRI confirmed the diagnosis and she was facing surgery with Dr. Becker. After discussing options with him (either her own tendon or a donor tendon) I asked him if this had happened to his daughter which one would he recommend. He emphatically said the donor tendon. Surgery was scheduled during her Spring Break. We were so appreciative of the care that Dr. Becker provided, and rehab was so much faster since she had the donor tendon. Thank you Dr. Becker for taking such good care of her! She is in her 3rd year of college and participating in many intramural sports and activities! Thanks to KOC, I can continue to watch my daughter lead an active lifestyle participating in sports and exercise!
    – Cathy, Knoxville
  • "If I had known that my Total Knee Replacement Surgery by Dr. Paul Becker would have prevented my suffering with knee pain for the 2 years prior to surgery I would have done it much sooner. I am 8 weeks out and walking 2.5 miles daily pain free.

Having played sports until I was 45 years old, my knees have endured many hours of battering. I only played one way and that was all out. My mom always told me that I would regret that someday and I did for a couple of years due to knee pain and suffering. But now since my TKR surgery, I can say I would do it all again if I had the chance. This surgery has been a complete success, but it came with a lot of hard work during rehabilitation. Dr. Becker informed me that the success would be depending on me and how I reacted to rehabilitation, surgery alone would not be a fix-all. The hard work has paid off and I am finally pain free for the first time in 2 years. Dr. Becker and his staff provided excellent care throughout the process and I thank them for their professional service."
    – Terry, Knoxville
  • "After my Rotator Cuff and Upper Bicep Tendon Repair by Dr. Paul Becker at KOC, I can once again do anything I wish! But Dr. Becker suggested I stay off of Ripsticks! Also, a shout out to Shane from the physical therapy center! I feel great!
    – Jeff
