What patients say about Dr. nadaud

  • Thanks to my outpatient total knee replacement just 8 weeks ago with Dr. Nadaud at Knoxville Orthopaedic Surgery Center, I'm already able to work on my garden. I'm also excited about fishing and hunting season this year, as I wasn't able to go much last year due to my pain.
    – Marshel, LaFollette
  • Thanks to my hip replacement with Dr. Nadaud, I am back on the tennis court, golf course and trail riding with my wife. Life is great.
    – Arthur, Crossville
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can move around so much better. Dr. Nadaud was a little skeptical because I have RA & Lupus, that would make it harder to do. Right knee was done in 2015, no problem and I was nervous. This TEAM sure put me at ease. Turned out great. Then in 2017 I had the second knee replaced, I did super. Just had my right hip replaced and my RA is worse so I dreaded this so bad. Went through it with a breeze. I love being able to talk with his nurse or NP. They are a great team to work with. I strongly recommend. I felt great each time I left and well prepared for surgery and recovery.
    – Brenda, Knoxville
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can actually walk without being in excruciating pain. I was at the point that I couldn't hardly get around because I was in so much pain. My doctors in Virginia wouldn't do surgery until I lost about 75 lbs. My sister-in-law works at one of the clinics and suggested I come see Dr. Nadaud. I lost almost 30 lbs and on August 30th had my hip replacement. I can't believe the difference. When I put my feet on the floor for the first time I was amazed. I am already getting on schedule to do my left hip in December. Thank you Dr. Nadaud for doing my surgery and taking such good care of me. I have had to be away from home and my family, but it has been worth it. It's a 4 hour drive for me and very well worth it. Everyone at the clinic has been so nice and kind. I would recommend Dr. Nadaud to anyone.
    – Anna, Pembroke, Virginia
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can walk again. Dr. Nadaud did my knee replacement on Nov. 22, 2017. I was able to quit using my walker and walking stick after the first week. I took 1-2 pain pills the first week and Tylenol after that. I feel AMAZING. I would do it all over again tomorrow! It has been 3 weeks and I have walked more since surgery than in 4-5 years! I can't believe how great I've done and feel. Dr. Nadaud and his staff are wonderful, caring, and there to answer any questions or address any problems you might have. Dr. Nadaud, thank you! I will highly recommend you and your staff.
    – Tammy, Knoxville
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can live pain and worry free. Time to get back to the golf course!! I just wanted to express the very high level of care that Dr. Nadaud and his entire team at KOC have given to me for my total knee replacement. From my initial appointment meeting with Jason Varney to Dr. Nadaud’s confirmation that surgery was needed, my experience has been extremely positive. The communication level of pre-op written and verbal instructions from the surgery center at Fort Sanders West made myself and my family very assured that I would be under very good care. Also questions just prior to the surgery were answered by Sarah Teffeteller and again made my experience stress free. The overnight post-op care provided by the KOC Surgery Center made me feel like I was the only patient in the Center. Medication questions after surgery were answered promptly and given in written format to be taken home. Rating my experience and confidence level in KOC is a 10 out of 10. Thank you for providing total quality care and in turn making it a positive experience.
    – Paul, Knoxville
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I was able to walk the many steps of the Tuscan village of Cortona without any trouble, and only two months removed from my total knee replacement! Dr. Nadaud and his team did a wonderful job!
    – Judy, Knoxville
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can do things I haven't been able to do in years! After Dr. Nadaud did marvelous replacements of both of my knees, I began ballroom dancing lessons. My husband and I have been dancing for a year now and have entered four competitions. We are having a great time dancing! My new knees have allowed me to be active without the pain I previously endured. Many thanks to Dr. Nadaud and his wonderful team!
    – Kathryn, Oak Ridge
  • I am over 300 miles of hiking with the new hip Dr. Nadaud gave me in 2015...pretty good for a 60 year old wouldn't you say?! My quality of life continues to be all I wanted and had hoped for! I offer my gratitude and thanks to Dr. Nadaud and all the staff. I hope I can be an inspiration to's NEVER too late!!
    – Jo, Knoxville
  • Thanks to my care at KOC, I can hike again! I received my new knees six and eight years ago. Dr. McGraw performed these surgeries for me. In three years I hiked over a thousand miles on them in the Smokies. Then I needed hip replacement and Dr. Nadaud was my doctor for this surgery. I got my new hip on January 9th of this year. Three weeks later I was walking around Elkmont and now I am doing 3 and 4 mile hikes. Thank you so much KOC!!!!!
