When should your child see an orthopaedic specialist?
Jan 22, 2016
It’s a good time to see an Orthopaedic Specialist when:
- Your child injures his/her neck, back, arms, or legs and has any deformity or has swelling, bruising, or pain for more than a few hours.
- Your child has no injury event, but has pain in any of those areas for more than a couple of weeks.
- Your child’s pediatrician notes some issue with your child’s arms, legs, back, or neck that he is worried about or cannot explain.
